Hiring Terms
1. Introduction
Welcome to Subifi, a digital platform connecting subcontractors with clients across construction, industrial, and engineering sectors. Subifi acts as a marketplace and intermediary facilitating bookings between subcontractors and clients but does not employ or directly engage any workers.

By accessing or using Subifi, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2. User Responsibilities

Ensure that all work engagements comply with legal and safety standards.

Provide accurate job description.

Ensure you have paid a week in advance for all assignments, both new and ongoing.

Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for subcontractor activities.

Handle contractual agreements directly with subcontractors.

3. Payment Handling & Dispute Resolution

Clients are responsible for processing payments a week in advance as agreed on the application.

Subifi does not guarantee performance but facilitates dispute resolution.

Any payment disputes must be raised within 5 days of job completion.

4. Cancellation Policies

Clients may cancel bookings but will incur cancellation fees of the first week assignment.

Repeated cancellations may result in restricted platform access.

5. Liability & Indemnification

Subifi is not responsible for damages or losses arising from engagements.

Clients indemnify Subifi against claims related to subcontractor engagements.

6. Platform Fees & Service Charges

Clients will be charged a subscription fee to post jobs and for platform usage.

Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

7. Compliance (Tax, Insurance, Right to Work)

Clients must ensure subcontractors meet all legal compliance requirements.

Clients must ensure new subcontractors all work documents, including right to work, qualifications, certificates, etc.

Subifi does not verify tax or employment status beyond basic checks.

8. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

Clients agree to protect subcontractor data and use it only for engagement purposes.

Subifi complies with GDPR and relevant data protection laws.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

Subifi reserves the right to suspend or terminate client accounts for non-compliance or breach of terms.

Clients may request account deletion, but outstanding obligations must be fulfilled.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
By using Subifi, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

User Tracking and Data Usage
We value your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how we use your information. With your explicit permission, our app may collect data for tracking purposes in order to deliver a better user experience and more relevant advertisements.
Tracking Technologies
With your consent, we and our third-party partners may use tracking technologies (such as the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA)) to:
